With BD1,500 Cash Back! Al Baraka Islamic Bank Launches Exclusive Financing Offers for “Bushra” Residential Units in Cooperation with Delmon Gate
Al Baraka Islamic Bank (AIB), announced the signed agreement with Delmon Gate Real Estate to launch exclusive financing offers for the residential units of the “Bushra” project located in Al Saya – Busaiteen.
Through this partnership, Al Baraka Islamic Bank aims to provide its customers with unprecedented real estate financing offers to help ease the process of owning a residential unit within “Bushra” project, whereby the customer will be entitled for BD 1,500 cash back and a credit card with 10,000 rewards points, also the client will be exempt from Value added Tax as well as real estate brokerage fees, in addition to 50% discount on solvency study fee, all subjected to terms and conditions. Customers who are interested in purchasing a residential unit within the project will be able to do so starting Thursday, September 1st, 2022.
The “Bushra” residential project includes 196 plots within different areas starting from 161.1 square meters, and it is considered to be one of the most prominent real estate projects scheme due to its geographical location in Muharraq Governance, an upscale vitality that is becoming distinct; Due to the availability of various services and other facilities that meet the needs of families.
