Al Baraka Islamic Bank BSC (C) announced the launch of its new services for customers with special needs at its main branch in Bahrain Bay.
The new services, which were introduced in accordance with the directions of the Central Bank of Bahrain, include the installation of an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) offering a voice-guidance for cash withdrawals, balance enquiries and for changing the Personal Identification number (PIN). furthermore, the bank has allocated a special desk to serve these customers to enable them completing their banking needs easily and in flexible manners. These services come in line with the Bank’s strategies to enhance its products and services provided to all customers and in line with its social responsibilities toward the society.
On this occasion, the chief executive officer and board member of the bank Mr. Mohamed Isa Al Mutaweh said: “we at Al Baraka Islamic Bank, as a leading Islamic retail bank, always committed towards the society and always recognize its social responsibility in serving the local community, including customers with special needs that must be supported by all ”.
He added “We choose our main branch in Bahrain Bay to launch these services as it is equipped with all the required facilities to provide comfort and safety for this category of our customers, which will be followed by other initiatives to expand the scope of our banking services to all customers, as we are currently working on qualifying our branch in Muharraq for the same purpose.”
