Al Baraka Islamic Bank BSC (c) announced the reopening of its branch in Al Muharraq City yesterday in its new design, after it was renovated & redesigned specifically to extend its services to people with special needs in addition to the customers of the branch.
The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohammed Isa Al Mutaweh, CEO and Board Member of the Bank, the CBB representative Mr. Fahad Abdullah Yatim, Acting Director of Islamic Financial Institutions Directorate, Mr. Rashid Al Alaiwi, Deputy General Manager of the Business Group at Al Baraka Islamic Bank and officials and directors of the Bank. .
"As a leading bank in Islamic banking, we take our responsibility to the community seriously by providing the right environment to extend the best services to all our clients, including clients with special needs," said Mr. Rashid Al Alaiwi.
He added "The move to renew our branch in Muharraq is in line with the Bank's strategy to create an environment that respects the needs of all our clients, especially those with special needs, and in line with the constructive guidance of the Central Bank of Bahrain. This step was preceded by the training of all branch staff to provide distinguished service to customers with special needs, in addition to providing specialized courses in sign language in cooperation with the Bahraini Deaf Society.
