Al Baraka Islamic Bank (AIB), one of the leading Bahraini financial institutions in the field of Islamic banking, announced the great success of its recent interactive promotional platform "Al Baraka Stand" at City Centre Bahrain from February 28th to March 3rd, 2024. The platform received a significant interaction and reception from the audience, with more than 3,000 visitors participating and 1,000 winners announced, including Ms. Nawal Mohammed, the winner of February Monthly Grand cash for the month of February valued at $100,000, who was warmly received by the management and team of Al Baraka Bank at Al Baraka Stand.
Through the Al Baraka Stand, all customers who have opened an alBarakat Investment Account and topped up their balance at the stand or through the digital banking application were able to participate in the interactive competitions for a chance to win cash prizes of up to 1,000 Bahraini dinars, in addition to qualifying for alBarakat monthly Grand Prize draws.
The aim of the Al Baraka Platform was to enhance the customer experience and hence, it was designed as a sales centre that provided diverse and innovative banking products to customers. These services included opening alBarakat account, salary transfer, personal financing, fixed deposits, updating the customer’s data (KYC), in addition to granting customers who apply for Al Baraka credit cards through the stand with 2,000 bonus reward points as a welcoming gift.
On this occasion, Dr. Adel Salem, the Chief Executive Officer of Al Baraka Islamic Bank, added, "The launch of a sales centre for banking services through the Al Baraka Stand reflects our strategic vision to improve the customer experience and meet their financial needs in a more convenient and easy manner." Dr. Adel Salem also emphasized that Al Baraka Stand has achieved great success in achieving positive experience in a short period.
