Al Baraka Islamic Bank offers its services to SMEs in Bahrain


Al Baraka Islamic Bank BSC (c), in cooperation with the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, organized today a forum highlighting the services provided by the bank to the owners of small and medium enterprises in Bahrain at the Bank's headquarters in Bahrain Bay. The forum was attended by the board member and CEO of the Bank Mr. Mohammed Isa Al Mutaweh and a number of Executive Management members of the Bank, as well as a large crowd of businessmen and representatives from the Bahraini Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Bahraini Association to develop small and medium enterprises and Bahrain Management Society .

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Al Mutaweh delivered a welcome speech to the participants, stressing the Bank's continued welcome to such direct meetings with current and potential customers, especially the owners of small and medium enterprises, which the Bank attaches great importance to their vital role in achieving sustainable development in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Bank has sought to design and launch a wide range of financial, investment and savings products and services that meet the needs of different categories of these institutions in accordance with flexible, convenient and Sharia-compliant conditions. He also thanked the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises for their cooperation with the Bank in organizing this meeting, reflecting our common objectives in providing support and help to these institutions.

The Bank's team in the Commercial Banking Department presented a detailed presentation on the savings and financing products and services offered by the Bank through all its branches to the owners of small and medium enterprises in accordance with flexible and easy terms, in particular the financings provided to these institutions in cooperation with Tamkeen, where the Bank signed many agreement with the Fund for this purpose, and these financings have seen great success.

The team responded to inquiries and questions from the attendees about these services, products and financing, where the meeting received great interaction and appreciation.
